ChatMaxima Pricing: Subscription vs WhatsApp Costs
Understand what ChatMaxima bills you for and what the messaging channels bill separately, so you can budget your subscription and your WhatsApp messaging costs.
Pricing Overview
Running ChatMaxima involves two separate costs, and keeping them apart is the single most useful thing to understand about your bill. ChatMaxima charges you a subscription for the platform. The messaging channels you connect, WhatsApp in particular, charge you for the messages they deliver, and those charges are billed by the channel provider directly to your own account with them.
This section explains what falls on which bill, and covers the charges you are most likely to have questions about.
Two Separate Bills

ChatMaxima never resells or marks up WhatsApp messaging. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays under your own Meta business portfolio, your payment method sits in Meta Business Suite, and Meta invoices you directly for message delivery.
Note: Because the two bills are independent, a healthy ChatMaxima subscription does not guarantee your WhatsApp broadcasts will send. If the payment method on your Meta account fails, WhatsApp sends stop even though ChatMaxima is fully paid.

Where to Check Your Numbers
- ChatMaxima plan consumption is in Settings > Usage Summary. It shows agent seats, messages, contacts, channel accounts, and workspaces against your plan limits. It does not show your Meta messaging spend.
- WhatsApp messaging spend lives in Meta Business Suite under Billing and payments, tied to the WhatsApp Business Account you connected.
