Getting Started - Create Your ChatMaxima Account

Overview

Welcome to ChatMaxima. This guide covers the first three things every new user needs: creating an account, logging in, and resetting your password if you ever forget it. You can be up and running in a couple of minutes, no credit card required.

Create a New Account

ChatMaxima offers a 7-day free trial with instant access to all features and no credit card required.

Steps

1. Go to the ChatMaxima sign-up page.

2. Fill in the sign-up form:

   Field	Description
   Name	Your full name.
   Email	A valid email address. This becomes your login and where verification is sent.
   Password	Choose a strong password.
   Confirm Password	Retype the same password to confirm it.
   Country	Select your country from the list.
   Mobile Number	Enter your mobile number with the country code.

3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Services and Privacy Policy.

4. Click Create Account.

5. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account.

Note: If you do not see the verification email, check your spam or promotions folder. The free trial gives you full access to every feature for 7 days.

Once verified, you are signed in and can connect your first channel.

Log In to Your Account

If you already have an account, log in to access your workspace.

Steps

1. Go to the ChatMaxima login page.
2. Enter the email and password you signed up with.
3. Click Login.

You land in your ChatMaxima workspace, where you can manage conversations, channels, and bots.

Note: On the sign-up form you can also switch to login by clicking Login next to "Already have account?".

Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? You can reset it from the login page.

Steps

1. Go to the ChatMaxima login page.
2. Click the Forgot Password? link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Submit to request a reset link.
5. Open the password reset email and click the link.
6. Enter a new password, confirm it, and save.

You can now log in with your new password.

Note: The reset link is time-limited. If it expires, request a new one from the login page.
