Message Scheduler - Send WhatsApp and Chat Messages Later

Overview

The Scheduler lets you write a message now and have ChatMaxima send it automatically at a later time. It is useful for following up at the right moment, reaching customers in their timezone, or lining up a reply for the start of business hours.

Schedule a message

1. Open the conversation and type your message in the composer
2. Click the Scheduler action instead of Send
3. Pick the date and time you want the message to go out
4. Confirm to queue it

The message is sent automatically at the time you set, even if you are offline.

Note: Scheduled times use the timezone configured for your account, so set your timezone under Settings for accurate delivery.

Tips

• Schedule follow-ups right after a conversation so you do not forget
• For channels with a messaging window (like WhatsApp), make sure the customer is still reachable at the scheduled time or use an approved template
• Need a nudge to yourself rather than a customer message? Use a Reminder instead
