Media - Browse Images, Videos, and Files in a Conversation
Quickly find every image, video, and document shared in a conversation from the Media tab in the inbox.
Overview
The Media tab collects every file shared in a conversation, images, videos, and documents, in one place. Instead of scrolling the whole thread to find an attachment, open Media and go straight to it.
Open the Media tab
- Open a conversation in the inbox
- In the contact panel on the right, select the Media tab
- Browse the shared files and open or download the one you need
What it collects

| Videos | Clips the customer or agent sent |
| Documents | PDFs, invoices, and other files |
Tip: Media is a fast way to retrieve an order screenshot or a document a customer sent earlier in a long conversation.
